Welcome! My name is Marissa Martin, and I’m a natural hairstylist in Happy Valley OR. I specialize in braids, and offer a variety of styles, and deep conditioning treatments. I service ages 5 and older. Please carefully read the requirements and cancellation policy. Thank you! REQUIREMENTS • Hair must be 4 inches or longer. (For braiding services only) • All appointments include prep work. Wash, blow dry and detangle. If your hair is matted/knotted you will need to book a detangle consultation, and that is a separate appointment. • Please come with your hair mostly detangled. 15 min of detangling is included in the service. If it goes longer, it turns into a detangle appointment and that is a separate service. If you arrive with tangled hair, that will takes longer than 15 minutes of detangling, the appointment will need to be rescheduled, and 50% charge of your scheduled service due to late cancellation. • Please come with your hair in its natural state. Down, bun, pony tail, or 3 strand braid is ok; but no other styles such as cornrows, twists, singles ect. • If you struggle with severe scalp build-up, you must book a deep wash to ensure a clean scalp, and quality turn out of your booked service. • Please complete the form + waiver after booking your appointment. All appointments are pending until I view the form, and accept the appointment. Please reach out if you have any questions regarding this information. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS • Do you offer box braids/ knotless? No, I recommend my knotless braider @braidsbyberry. You can find her on Instagram or TikTok. • Do you braid kids hair? Yes, ages 5+ • Is there specific pricing for kids? No, all prices are the same for kids & adults. • Do you braid straight hair? Yes, all hair types are welcome. • Do you offer cuts/ curly cuts Not currently, will be offering in early 2027. • Do you offer locs, sew-ins, wig installs? No, I recommend checking out @hairhaven. You can find the salon on Instagram and TikTok. • Do you color hair? No, I recommend checking out @thehaircollective. There’s many stylist in there that do. You can find them on instagram. • Is hair included in your extended length services? Yes, only synthetic hair, not human hair.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
• Cards are stored on file, and will be charged after the appointment is completed. CASH is accepted too.
• When cancelling an appointment, a 24-hour notice is required, otherwise resulting in a 50% charge.
• If you reschedule within the 24-hour mark, you will not be charged. For every appointment, the reschedule limit is 1 time before being charged.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless I have to cancel on you.
• When scheduling an appointment, it will always remain pending, until the deposit and form is completed. If not completed within 3hr, the appointment is cancelled.
• No-show appointments results in a 100% charge of the service.
• There is a 10-minute grace period, after 10 minutes there will be a $10 late fee. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be cancelled and 100% charge if I have not heard from you. If you let me know and reschedule, you won’t be charged the no-show fee.
• Please arrive with prepped hair as i explained in “ REQUIREMENTS”. If it extends the stated times, the appointment will need to be cancelled, and 50% charge of your booked service will be applied due to late cancellation.
